AXON is the name of a government-based Multi Agent System. The exact origins of the program are unknown, but it can be assumed that this was either the program that XANA was made to interfere with, or a counter program to XANA. However, when the supercomputer went offline for 10 years, AXON was scrapped and kept on a disk; It wasn't until a government employee recently found this disk and decided to boot it up. AXON installed itself as an antivirus, but that was just the start. Without proper permissions, the Axon Program began to delete various files off of computers it was installed upon, using the network as a means to spread its reach further. All AXON needs now is for the Super Computer to be turned on, and the towers, along with access to the real world, will be its for the taking.
